Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition with Syd goes beyond just handing you a plan. The goal is to teach you how to fuel your body well, make informed choices, and build habits around food that actually stick. You will learn how to choose quality whole foods, build a balanced plate, and understand what your body truly needs to support your goals.
Depending on your lifestyle and what feels most sustainable for you, you will have the choice between a fully built out meal plan, a custom macro plan, or a simpler calorie and protein goal approach. Whichever route you go, everything is built completely custom to your food preferences, your schedule, and where you are starting from.
You will also be given resources on quality food sources, how to build your plate, and how to navigate real life situations while staying on track. Regular check-ins keep things evolving and Syd in your corner whenever you need her.
Online Coaching
The most comprehensive way to work with Syd. Online coaching brings your training and nutrition together into one fully connected program where everything is looked at as a whole and built entirely around you.
You will receive a custom training program built around your goals and schedule, full nutrition setup with your preferred approach, cardio guidance that gets adjusted as the program progresses, a personal training video library, and a workbook to track everything out of.
Regular check-ins keep the plan evolving and your progress moving in the right direction. And outside of that Syd is accessible to you whenever you need her, whether that is a question, something that comes up, or you just need support.
Personal Training
Available at Lift ATX or in your home, personal training sessions with Syd are planned and structured around your specific goals every single time. Every session has a purpose and a plan behind it.
Sessions are focused on movement quality, progressive overload, and building the kind of foundation that creates real long term results. Whether you are brand new to lifting or looking to level up, Syd meets you where you are and drives you forward from there.
