The coach behind the plan

With a passion for transforming lives through strength training and sustainable habits, Syd Bastian brings both personal dedication and competitive experience to every client she works with. Since 2019, she has been deeply immersed in the world of serious weightlifting and bodybuilding, competing in the wellness division while training and learning under IFBB Pro and Olympian Megan Sylvester. That experience helped shape her approach to building muscle, losing fat, improving performance, and creating a higher quality of life through fitness.

Syd’s coaching philosophy is rooted in mastering the fundamentals. She focuses on movement quality, mobility, posture, and proper training mechanics to help clients move confidently and progress safely for the long term. With a strong emphasis on progressive overload training, particularly for glute and lower body development, her programs are designed to build strength, structure, and confidence both inside and outside the gym.

Recognizing that wellness extends far beyond workouts alone, Syd also prioritizes education around nutrition, recovery, and daily habits that support lasting results. Her coaching approach is built around creating sustainable routines that fit seamlessly into real life, helping clients develop healthy habits they can maintain long term instead of relying on extremes or quick fixes.

Syd also brings experience working with high profile and luxury clientele, where privacy, professionalism, and discretion are always a priority. She understands that in a world driven by social media, what some of us value most is the freedom to focus on ourselves, quietly and without compromise.

No matter your starting point, Syd tailors her coaching to your individual goals, lifestyle, and experience level, providing personalized guidance designed to help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident in your everyday life.
